Pecan Sweet Rolls
To be used with the Beer Can Chicken Cooker.
3 containers of Buttermilk Bisquits
1/2 cup butter or margarine melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Spray or grease the Chicken Cooker.
Cover the bottom of the pan with the chopped pecans.
Fold the bisquits in half and line them up in the pan in a circular pattern.
Heat the butter to melt, add brown sugar and pour the mixture over the bisquits in the pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and turn the pan upside down on a large plate. This will be very hot.
Serve warm and enjoy.
