Annie's Garden Microwave Egg Cooker
This Egg Cooker is an excellent way to cook eggs and much more. Cooking times will vary depending on the power of the microwave and size.
Crack the egg into the cooker. Add salt and pepper if desired. Cover the Egg Cooker and place in the microwave. Cook for about 40 seconds to 60 seconds depending on desired cooking quality of the egg. (hard, medium, soft)
Cut up vegetables like onions, peppers, jalapenos, mushrooms etc. and place in the cooker. Microwave the vegetables with cover on for about 20 seconds. Put one or two eggs or imitation eggs into the Cooker. Beat with a fork for 72 beatings (advised by Cook Julie Childs for the best Omelet). Microwave with the cover on for about 70 seconds. Top with cheese and replace the lid. Wait 30 seconds for the cheese to melt.
Add one tablespoon of salsa to the egg cooker. Place in microwave for 20 seconds to heat. Cover. Add the egg and beat in container with the salsa. Microwave egg with the cover on, for about 60 seconds. Remove from microwave and sprinkle shredded cheese on top of egg mixture. Replace cover. Wait 30 seconds for the cheese to melt.
Cut apple into slices and add 1 tablespoon brown sugar, teaspoons cinnamon and butter. Microwave for about 2 minutes. More time may be necessary if you want a softer apple. Remove from microwave and top with a scoop of ice cream or real whipped cream.
Cut up one small onion. Place into cooker and add 1 tblsp. Water, 3 shakes of Worcestershire sauce and beef bouillon (package direction equal to make one cup bullion). Microwave 2 minutes. Remove from microwave. Fill to cover line with water. Stir. Microwave for 45 seconds. Remove, stir and add garnish of croutons, and mozzarella cheese.
